WEEDSPORT, NY (September 3, 2026) – Weedsport Speedway’s Cavalcade Cup returns to the Sunday of Labor Day Weekend and with it brings a three-division racing card for all to enjoy.
While the $10,000 to win Super DIRTcar Series Cavalcade Cup 100 will take center stage, the NY6A Hoosier 600 Sprint Tour will join the DIRTcar Sportsman Series on September 6.
The nimble 600cc Micro Sprints are always a thrill at the Weedsport oval and should again provide plenty of excitement this Sunday.
Last year, nearly 25 NY6A Hoosier 600 Sprint Tour micros competed at Weedsport with Tim Lotz snagging the win on a late race restart. Lotz topped Mike Smith for the victory last July, which was worth $400.
Zack Bobbett, Will Fisher and Ivan Forney chased Lotz across the line in the top five with Pete Coffey, Kyle Pierce, Eric Wise, Billy Applebee and Cliff Pierce filling the top ten positions.
