WEEDSPORT, NY (June 2, 2026) – The upcoming Fourth of July celebration will get an early start in Central New York as Weedsport Speedway will play host to not only the ESS Sprint Car Speedweek Kickoff, but also the DIRTcar 358 Modified Series and a huge fireworks display on Tuesday, June 30.
This special Tuesday night action will feature a one-two punch of series excellence as a stellar field of ESS Sprint Cars and DIRTcar 358 Modifieds is expected to be on hand.
All of the night’s action, including the fireworks display to cap off the evening, is presented by Ferris Mowers, the official mower of Weedsport Speedway.

Joining Ferris in the midway on June 30 will be the up-and-coming stars of Weedsport Kartway. Several kartway members will have their rides on display during the evening to promote their teams and the wheel-to-wheel action that takes place once a month at The Short Port.
Discounted advance sale tickets are on sale now by visiting the tickets tab at www.weedsportspeedway.com. Adult reserved seating is $35 with general admission passes available for $30. Discounted tickets are available through June 23.
Youth general admission for ages 11-17 is $15 with kids 10 and under, FREE.
Pit gates are scheduled to open on Sunday at 4 p.m. with grandstand gates swinging open at 5 p.m. Racing is scheduled to take the green at 7 p.m.
