School will be out of session when Weedsport returns to action for the popular Pencils Down Showdown. The track championship race will continue for the Kartway\\\’s seven points classes while PRO racers will also battle in Green, Purple, Blue and Clone 375.
Kart Cup returns with a 35-lap, $1,500 to win main event for PRO Clone 375. All seven points divisions will also be in action through the day along with PRO Green, PRO Purple and PRO Blue Cone.
Spring Meltdown Weekend will kick off Weedsport Kartway\’s 2025 Slack Karts Super Kart Series with three days of action. Early hauler parking will be permitted on April 25 with an open practice session for all divisions. All seven points classes will then compete on Saturday and Sunday along with PRO events for Green, Purple, Blue and Clone 375. The weekend will conclude with a $2,000 to win special for PRO Clone 375 on Sunday, April 27.
With the season nearing its completion, the Short Port Shootout will be a key event in the race for 2024 Weedsport Kartway track championships. The eight points racing divisions will be a highlight followed by the $1,000 to win Short Port Shootout 30 for PRO Clone 360.
The 2024 season will draw to a close with Octoberfest VI. Track champions will be crowned in all eight points racing divisions, before the largest winner’s purse in track history of $3,000 will be awarded to the night’s PRO Clone 360 50-lap winner.
The James Shutts Memorial returns to Weedsport once again, featuring one of the largest paying PRO Clone Super Heavy payouts in the northeast. The PRO Clone Super Heavy main will again feature a full field payout, with $1,222 going to the winner in the main event, which will be run in two 22-lap segments.
The Kartway’s second half of the season will get underway in July with the running of the Summer Nationals. Another $1,000 to win PRO Clone 360 main event will follow the day’s points racing feature events.
With school drawing to a close, the racing action will heat up at Weedsport Kartway. All points racing divisions will be in action once again, followed by the 30-lap Pencils Down Showdown 30 for PRO Clone 360, paying $1,000 to the winner.
The annual running of Kart Cup returns in May, but with a new twist. This year the PRO Clone 360 main event will pay a stellar $1,500 to the winner in a straight 35-lap feature.
