WEEDSPORT, NY (March 6, 2026) – Weedsport Speedway is ready to get the 2026 season underway as part of next weekend’s Syracuse Motorsports Expo inside the Center of Progress building on the New York State Fairgrounds as the speedway, kartway and Weedsport Productions team will be on site March 14-15.
This year’s Weedsport booth will be centered around the speedway, which will have 2026 schedule cards available, as well as track merchandise. Tickets for the speedway’s upcoming schedule will be available for purchase during show hours next weekend.
Weedsport Kartway will also be a focal point with 2026 schedules on hand, as well as the opportunity for racers to purchase their memberships for the upcoming season. Weedsport Kartway’s 2025 awards ceremony will also take place on Sunday, March 15, beginning at 1 p.m. in the Annex room of the Center of Progress building.
Weedsport Productions will feature the Gearbox Driver Experience simulator during both days of the Expo. Rides will be available to race fans for just $10, with the weekend’s overall fast timer earning a 1-year subscription to iRacing, courtesy of iRacing.
In a partnership between Weedsport Productions and MARDON PC, the Gearbox Driver Experience simulator is a unique experience that allows two drivers to sit inside competing big block modified chassis’ and test their skills against each other on the dirt.
The 37th edition of the Syracuse Motorsports Expo will take place on March 14-15 inside the Center of Progress building on the New York State Fairgrounds. Adult admission will be $15 per day, or $25 for the weekend. Kids ages 6-12 are $5 with kids 5 and under, FREE.
The show will run on March 14 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on March 15 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
