Admittance: 
All bags will be searched upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle prior to entry or discard them into the appropriate trash receptacles at the entry gates.

Ejections:
Any guest that is violating venue policy or law will be ejected from the venue at the sole discretion of venue management.

Emergency: 
In the event of an emergency while on site Weedsport Speedway has trained paramedics to assist with any medical issues. First Aid is located at the Grand Entrance, but any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed.

Inclement Weather:
Weedsport Speedway and Kartway Inclement Weather Policy; In the event of inclement weather that fully cancels an event, Weedsport Speedway will refund tickets that were purchased electronically through the application. Tickets or pit passes purchased at the event will be refunded provided the purchaser returns the ticket or pit pass to the office in person or via USPS. The ticket will then be refunded. Cash refunds will only be available two (2) hours after the event has been cancelled. An event is considered complete once qualifying and all qualifying (heat) races are completed. Refunds of any type for completed events will not be given. Tickets for the American Flat Track (July 1 and 2, 2022) and the World of Outlaws Sprint Car event (July 30 and 31, 2022) will not be included in this policy and will follow the Series posted policies respectively.

Do grandstand seats have a back?
No. Please note, the top 5 rows of seating have individually numbered, contoured resin seats and can not accommodate portable stadium seats with back support.

Is your facility ADA accessible?
ADA parking is available with multiple Lift/Ramp spaces. Most spectator viewing sections are ADA accessible with elevated views and companion seats.

Where is reserved admission seating?
Top 5 rows of Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15.

Is there a smoking policy?
The Pavilion, VIP Suites, Playground, Midway and all Grandstands seats are smoke free areas – this includes electronic cigarette devices. Smoking is permitted in the Turn 1 designed area. Please dispose of tobacco products and packaging in appropriate receptacles provided for your convenience.

Is there a family section?
Yes, section 8 – no smoking, no alcohol, no foul language.

Is there a charge for parking?
No except concerts and select events where noted.

Are personal coolers allowed?
Yes, small personal soft sided 6″ x 6″ x 12″ that hold no more than 6 cans. No alcohol. No glass. Must be in original, sealed containers.

Is alcohol available for purchase at the event?
Yes.

Can I bring outside food or beverage?
No outside food or beverage is allowed with the exception of a small soft sided personal cooler that holds no more than 6 cans; no alcohol; no glass; must be in original, sealed containers.

Is camping available at the track?
Yes. Upon arrival before parking, please stop by track office to inquire about available camping areas and to obtain a camping permit.  Please note, some locations may require additional length hose, water splitter and/or extension cords and you will want to plan accordingly to bring.

What if I do not want to stay overnight with my motorhome/RV/camper?
Please park your motorhome/rv/camper in the Hall of Fame parking lot.

Can I put my blanket down early?
No. Blankets placed before the main gate opens will be removed and set at the entrance of the main gate. Please use a bungee cord to secure your blanket instead of tape.

I’d like to enter through the Pits, where do I go?
From Route 31, please turn onto Towpath Road to enter the Pit Parking lot and Pit Ticketing entrance.

Are dogs allowed?
Seeing Eye Dogs or other animal assistance utilized by the disabled or visually impaired are welcome. Proper documentation may be requested for these animals prior to entry. All other animals are prohibited inside the main gates. Dogs are welcome in the pits, but must remain securely in their hauler at all times.

I missed the 50/50 drawing and announcement, where can I find more information?
Please visit the beer booth. The winning ticket color and number will be posted there. Prizes can also be claimed at the beer booth.

Is there a lost and found?
During the event, lost and found items typically make their way to the Gearbox to be claimed. After the event, they will be moved up to the main track office to claim.

Can I tailgate?
Tailgating is not permitted for concerts (see Concert FAQs). Tailgating must be confined to the rear of your vehicle and not interfere with the parking of other vehicles. Tents and canopies are not permitted. Due to the risk of fire, open flame fires and charcoal grills are prohibited. Small gas-controlled grills are allowed unless there are temporary fire bans in effect. Open alcohol is prohibited, and it may be confiscated. Violators are subject to ejection and possible citation. Glass is not permitted.
